Ranch Colony is a PUD established in 1982. It consists of 5 communities encompassing approximately 1500 acres with only 257 homesites. There are 2 golf communities; Old Trail, featuring Tom Fazio and Arthur Hills courses, and The Links with the Dye Preserve. Tailwinds is a private airstrip community and Ranch Acres has 5 to 9 acres with Ranch Estates featuring 20-acre parcels, surrounded by preserve and truly a one-of-a-kind community.

Jupiter Farms

Jupiter Farms is just west of I-95 and the Florida Turnpike and is a 16.2-square-mile equestrian community consisting of home sites, plant nurseries, parks, equestrian trails, natural preserves, and small businesses. All necessities such as groceries, fuel, restaurants, churches, etc. are conveniently located nearby. Homes rest on an acre+ to 20+ acres of land, offering residents the utmost privacy and peace. Prices start under 100,000 for a 1 1/4 acre lot and generally 200,000 to well over a million for re-sales. Enjoy the country setting or take a short drive east of Jupiter Farms and you are at the beach!

Caloosa

Caloosa is an equestrian community located in Palm Beach Gardens. Each home in Caloosa offers 5 to 10 acres. Caloosa has an equestrian park, hunt course jumps, multiple riding arenas, basketball, tennis, tot lot, picnic area and 30 miles of bridal trails. Caloosa is only minutes from the turnpike, Gardens Mall, and Palm Beach International Airport. Caloosa offers a wide range of homes to fit any needs.
